    7) You understand that network providers (VoIP, long-distance, cellular, internet providers), software and your equipment are also a major factor in the equation of successful meetings via phone and online.

    • a. You are aware that cell phones are a radio-based service — radio waves are impacted by the sun, rain, mountains, etc. –use accordingly.
    • b. You understand that digital connections are limited to on or off vs. analog connections previously used for landlines. A landline now may be a hybrid or digital — it is no longer a guarantee of better service as it was in the 1990s.
    • c. Unlimited long-distance bears many of the risks that cellular does, sometimes more. Therefore a landline is not necessarily dependable as it used to be.
    • d. If your phone, mobile, tablet or computer battery is dying, this will impact the quality of your signal and service.
    • e. When companies like Comcast, Verizon, T-Mobile, ATT do promotions for services you may see surges in use that impact you.

    8) You will maintain¬†your own computer systems, equipment and¬†software¬†—¬†special circumstances,¬†consequential damages¬†including¬†the inability to use any feature are the sole responsibility of the user.

    9) You accept that we reserve the right to change conference dial-in numbers, interfaces, urls, login locations or login details if necessary for operational purposes, including, the scope of services offered or pricing structures. The goal will be to provide you with the best services possible.

    10) Follow these rules when @seekcollab cloud-based video conferencing and using all conference call bridges (as a free or paid backstage pass member; @seekcollab member; rentabridge.com hourly member; private IT client; private or group coaching client, colleague, student, friend of ours or of our clients) —

    • a. Do not change or delete files that are existing already and not yours; or, if deleting yours would endanger the property of others. Get help if you are not sure.
    • b. If you change a workspace view, change it back before you leave.
    • c. If you need help returning something to it’s normal state, please tell us — team(a)seeksolutions.com.
    • d. You agree not to alter open profile areas that may impact your installation or our development.
    • e. Occasionally you may have access that is enough to be dangerous so you understand not to make changes in admin areas without assistance for our tech support.
    • f. In shared areas, delete files you’ve shared before leaving – especially if they are private.
    • g. You take full responsibility for all HIPPA compliance or otherwise as applicable.
    • h. If you do upload files to a registered user media library (each media library matches the email login) that is used in the tour or a member community area —
      • i. Please¬†make a folder for your stuff if you plan to leave it for another practice session or scheduled meeting.
      • ii. We don’t mind if you leave stuff, just be tidy. Thank you!
      • iii. You will NOT leave any sensitive personal information belonging to yourself or others in potentially public areas.
      • iv. If you want to always be able to keep your files permanently in the cloud for your meetings, you will love @seekcollab+¬†enterprise with¬†unlimited storage.
        • Of course, for your own ease, you will keep it tidy¬†—¬†we think you will love this “sacred” space.

    11)¬†Non-Compete — when we share with you or provide service it is for your use only —¬†

    • a. You agree not to resell¬†any services we provide you.
    • b. You will not double-dip — like use more than one system at a time if you only pay for one.
    • c. You will¬†respect our¬†proprietary and copyrighted¬†concepts, materials, and intellectual property by not reproducing or bundling with your own materials without our direct¬†written permission.
    • d. You will not copy our ideas to compete with us or otherwise benefit.
    • e. You will not record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our direct¬†written permission — including not bundling our products with yours without license.

    12)¬†You release rights to information you share on the forum or otherwise publicly during Seek Solutions’ conference calls or online meetings that may be recorded or used in our materials for teaching/entertainment purposes.

    Materials you make privately and share privately in your own meetings are not what we are talking about here. You are responsible for your own materials and what is shared in your private meetings. Thank you!

    • payment guidelines — client | company | organization agreement

      1) You agree to manage your account responsibly —

      • a. Keep a current credit card on file for memberships and private services billed automatically and edit via the membership panel as needed or when requested.
      • b. Pay each invoice promptly, in its entirety including any taxes, duties, or fees where applicable, within terms stated, including when credit is extended for billed services by Seek Solutions or related providers.
      • c. If your account agreement was signed by an authorized contractor, staff-person or anyone acting on the behalf of you, your company or organization, you agree to honor the agreement, until proper notice is given, as in terms of retainers or otherwise. This includes a previous company being bought or reorganized into a new one. The most current user of services (you, your company, your organization), will honor the agreement signed on the behalf of the users leading up to the present day.

      2)  You give permission for provided information to be used for credit checking and payment collection purposes.

      3) ¬†You will meet payment requirements or risk —

      • a. Account being placed on credit hold status.
      • b. Loss of data, set-up and recordings.
      • c. Late fees no less than 35. mo usd and interest of 2.5% per month; or, collection where you will absorb all expenses.
      • d. You agree to resolve with us directly any financial hardships or charges believed to be mistaken and not use a chargeback to rectify the matter. In such, you agree to cover all fees associated with collection on a delinquent balance.

      4)  You will inform your accounting staff that credit card charges will reflect seeksolutions.com for membership services, IT consulting, and coaching programs; and, conference center for 800 services. 

      5)  You will be responsible for all usage, host passcode confidentiality including reporting suspected unauthorized use.

      6) You understand the following¬†refund policies —¬†

      • a. No refunds for unused portions of services.
      • b. No refunds for¬†the difference of a downgrade in any given cycle. Charges may apply if occurring during a consulting or coaching retainer.

      7)  You will make all changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, requests) online by logging in to your membership; or, by email with a direct confirmation from us that we have formally accepted your notice (retained services).

      8)  FORCE MAJEURE РProvider performance under this agreement shall be excused if such non-performance is due to labor difficulties, governmental orders, civil commotions, acts of nature, weather conditions, and any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

      * Fair use applies. We don’t anticipate issues as it is in your best interest to only load or keep needed items in your media library, however, just in case we may need to step in and say — “hey! clean this up!” Or, “wait, that is just too many recordings.” Or, any other unfair use will be addressed in the name of the best interest for all involved.

    • b. ¬†You are 100% responsible for your shared materials, recordings and resources. Be tidy, too!
    • c. ¬†You agree to start and end within your¬†scheduled window on membership resources.¬†

    2) To schedule your membership must be current.

    1) This is a billed monthly or annually membership for your convenience and savings — you decide.

    2) You understand your payment means you agree to these terms, plus all current and updated www.seeksolutions.com terms for payment, use, etc. as time continues. 

    3) You may cancel anytime.

    4) You understand there¬†are no refunds or carryovers for unused portions —

    • a. ¬†You understand that if you plan to cancel, do so before the next billing.
    • b. ¬†You agree¬†to keep your membership active to cover scheduled appointments.
    • c. ¬†Or, to login¬†online to cancel any¬†appointments on member resources, that will fall outside of your subscription period, before you cancel.

    5) Downgrades are not prorated, but no change fee is charged.

    6) You understand that if you¬†cancel or allow your membership to lapse, and you keep scheduled appointments after your membership has ended you are responsible for the credit extended to you plus a 10. usd admin fee per incidence. You agree to report this to us. And,¬†if balance extends beyond 30 days, you agree to pay 2.5%/mo interest and 35. usd each mo late fee —

    • a. ¬†You agree to cancel or pay for all¬†scheduled¬†appointments¬†(whether you use the service or not).
    • b. ¬†You understand that the single¬†hourly rate minimum ¬†on seekcollab will be assessed¬†(27./hr min for 10 users, 36./hr for 25 users) or rentabridge conference call bridges, respectively, will be used¬†in¬†1 hour increments (larger systems will be billed in proportion).
    • c. ¬†You understand we¬†can discover your¬†omission up to 1 year later and you agree to cover the expense.
    • d. ¬†You agree and give permission to pay for credit extended using your card on file as a rebill by www.seeksolutions.com or to provide a functional credit card if that card is non-operable¬†(a non-operable card fee is 35. usd per incident¬†after the first attempt).
    • e. ¬†If you make such a mistake by accident you will let us know immediately so we can help you! – team(a)seeksolutions.com.

    7) If you need any concierge services, such as additional studio set-up, event-set-up, delivery of permanent recordings, you understand there are fees involved to cover our time involved.

    1) Concierge services are performed for your convenience, by a human being. Set-up is done during business office hours in the Pacific (Oakland, CA) time zone (not tech support). 

    2) You agree to allow 24-72 biz hours for set-up just in case there are questions, etc..

    1) Your customized and private login (no scheduling required) is set-up by a human.

    2)  You understand that as long as you do not have your own private system, a human being will be helping you get permanent copies.

    • a. ¬†You agree to¬†allow 72 biz hours for delivery after submitting your request.
    • b. ¬†You agree to allow¬†all necessary details requested and will make a note.

    3) Be prepared to pay a minimum concierge 27. usd delivery fee per hand-handled request if you need a permanent copy delivered. 

    • a. ¬†You understand that this works out to be similar fee-wise to previous rentabridge.com recording-based fees that work for thousands of clients (the www.seeksolutions.com conferencing site for more than 15 years).
    • b. ¬†Fee design –
      • i. ¬†You understand this fee is based¬†on keeping services super affordable for the majority of users who actually do not record.
      • ii. ¬†You understand this fee is designed to cover a virtual assistant to get it for you – a human will be taking care of you.
      • iii. ¬†Video recordings – integrated video/audio, url streaming from our servers for at least a month, plus a permanent version for records – totally awesome, likely unique.

    Thank you for your continued business. Please contact us about becoming and IT consulting client to use our conference bridges (fee basis starts at 72. mo usd, annual retainer required) or upgrade to SeekCollab+ if you need lots of recording access.

    • c. ¬†You also need to be logged to use the booking page.

    2) You understand your sessions must be scheduled during the active period of your time.

    3) You understand we reserve the right to charge for a minimum time scheduled.  Seekcollab+ requires no scheduling. And, private IT consulting services have access to multiple conference bridge styles as well as staff support (annual retainer paid monthly or annually, starts at 72. usd mo usd). 

    4) You agree to only use shared¬†membership¬†services at scheduled times — these are membership resources shared with other professionals like yourself.

    5) You understand you have 1 year from the date of purchase to use your time.

    6) You understand you may reschedule up to 1 day prior to meeting. Last minute bookings, therefore, may not be cancelled. 

    7) You understand you will be using membership resources and this does not guarantee always having the same room, passcodes or access information as with your own private system. We welcome you to schedule your chosen resource and allow you to do so. 

    • a. ¬†You agree to remind your users in the event that information is new each time.
    • b. ¬†You are welcome to schedule the same resource of your choice so long as it is open for you.

    1) You understand each hourly based membership you acquire¬†expires after 1-year or when time is used up, whichever comes first — it is not renewable — though you may acquire as many hourly memberships as you’d like.

    2) Please buy more time each time you need it.

    • a. ¬†You understand that a¬†new expiration date begins with each purchased membership.
    • b. ¬†You may¬†access your account online to see your memberships.¬†
    • c. ¬†If you use more than your paid for you agree to tell us immediately and to pay immediately to cover it. And, to honor our credit-extended policies.¬†

    3) You understand there are no carry-overs or refunds for services unused by the expiration date.

    4) You understand your payment means you agree to these terms, plus all www.seeksolutions.com terms for payment, use, etc..

    5) You understand that if¬†for any reason you use more time than you’ve paid for you agree to pay for credit extended using your card on file as a rebill by www.seeksolutions.com or to provide a functional credit card if that card is non-operable¬†(a non-operable card fee is 35. usd per incident¬†after the first attempt). You understand if your¬†balance extends beyond 30 days, you agree to pay 2.5%/mo interest and 35. mo usd late fee. ¬†

    • a. ¬†You will pay for any credit extended to you with the difference billed in 1-hour increments at the hourly rate of service,¬†plus a 10. usd admin fee.
    • b. ¬†You are on the honor system and will let us know immediately if you went over and are not sure how to pay for it – no system will automatically cut you off, for example.
    • c. ¬†You will schedule more time than you need if you are unsure how long a meeting will take.
    • d. ¬†You understand we can discover your¬†omission up to 1 year later and you agree to cover the expense.

    • Change of notice is the 1st of the 4th month of your given Set21 to be completing in the next 9 months.¬†
    • Allows 9 months to bring closure at all times.¬†
    • Breach fee — 20% of next Set21.¬†
    • Scheduling change of notice: ¬†7 days business notice (10-days typically) to move an appointment.¬†
    • Any savings contingent on a plan will be lost in the event the plan is not honored.
    • Automated payments will use the default payment method.¬†
    • For automated payments, changes in the default payment method must be made 10 business days in advance in writing requesting use of another card on file or by making a payment with another one instead. To do the latter, you can make a payment of $1 and write a note requesting a change be made to the default card for a $35 admin fee, or you may just make a payment 10 business days early.

      1) You agree to manage your account responsibly —

      • a. Keep a current credit card on file for memberships and private services billed automatically and edit via the membership panel as needed or when requested.
      • b. Pay each invoice promptly, in its entirety including any taxes, duties, or fees where applicable, within terms stated, including when credit is extended for billed services by Seek Solutions or related providers.
      • c. If your account agreement was signed by an authorized contractor, staff-person or anyone acting on the behalf of you, your company or organization, you agree to honor the agreement, until proper notice is given, as in terms of retainers or otherwise. This includes a previous company being bought or reorganized into a new one. The most current user of services (you, your company, your organization), will honor the agreement signed on the behalf of the users leading up to the present day.

      2)  You give permission for provided information to be used for credit checking and payment collection purposes.

      3) ¬†You will meet payment requirements or risk —

      • a. Account being placed on credit hold status.
      • b. Loss of data, set-up and recordings.
      • c. Late fees no less than 35. mo usd and interest of 2.5% per month; or, collection where you will absorb all expenses.
      • d. You agree to resolve with us directly any financial hardships or charges believed to be mistaken and not use a chargeback to rectify the matter. In such, you agree to cover all fees associated with collection on a delinquent balance.

      4)  You will inform your accounting staff that credit card charges will reflect seeksolutions.com for membership services, IT consulting, and coaching programs; and, conference center for 800 services. 

      5)  You will be responsible for all usage, host passcode confidentiality including reporting suspected unauthorized use.
