  • logo – seek solutions

    • our logo is designed and made by Shannon Seek, CPCC, using Adobe Illustrator
    • totally inspired by a shape she collected when collecting (Not even knowing she was a Plantagenet by blood over and over and over – totally fitting with her #innergoldenretriever on twitter – why? Well, a sort of “obvious” breed kind of thing….not a brag by any means, just a fun fact….All these interesting traits making sense after 30+ years of knowing nothing about her bloodline. Imagine the entertainment.)
    • it’s infinity x 2, a butterfly, a lucky clover, angel wings (on your back) or a pinwheel
    • the logo is influenced by Shannon’s commitment to ergonomic and sustainable work practices – draw the shape in your mind’s eye along your spine – notice how that helps you unwind

Turns out it is a shape in a drawing of a family member from the early 1000’s. Can you guess who it is?

    how seek solutions is known

Serving our clients through an innovative application of technology, organization and management, we are likely best known for our contributions to the teleseminar field growing exponentially.

Seek Solutions has helped develop and inform countless thousands of client training and management programs since the Mid-1990’s, when some big name training programs in the coaching industry discovered conference bridge lines.

how we came to include conference bridges and full-service web conferencing

Laura Whitworth, a Co-Founder of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) mentioned during a “Balance” workshop assistant meeting that someone should get a bridge line as The Coaches Training Institute phone bridges were nearing capacity – then she looked straight at Shannon Seek, Founder of Seek Solutions.

people wonder how a woman in her twenties could do this in the 1990’s (it was kind of a big deal)

Luck, listening, willingness, follow-through and the love of phones propelled @seeksolutions‘ Founder,  Shannon Seek,  CPCC (@ShannonSeek) forward in her rentabridge.com journey. Plus, how could she resist the encouragement she had from fellow Coaches, Consultants and Business Owners? People like C.J. Hayden, MCC, Author of GetClientsNow! and volunteer Team Advisor at Seek Solutions make a difference.

It also helped that she was freshly graduated at the top of her class with a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco. Nothing could have prepared her better for the demands ahead as:  a Senior Project based on Econometrics and a Thesis in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development with an emphasis on “duplication” processes.

    the beginning of something big

Shannon quickly discovered she could either invest $20K US just to get a “black box” so four or more people could meet via phone or go the phone company route.  The phone company rabbit hole required the code word  “Centrix” and a strong stomach for the countless hours it took to get to the specific department in Fresno, CA or San Diego, CA that even knew what a meet-meet conference bridge was.

To bring more conference phone bridge lines to the rapidly growing Professional Coaching population, Shannon became bound to her location in Larkspur, CA, Marin County, at the time, for nearly 10.5 years, as the entire phone bridge system she had was based on the exact location of the “Central Office” where she just so happened to live across the street!

Eventually Seek Solutions maxed out their Centrix phone system, too, and Shannon began to pray to meet the strategic alliances Seek Solutions has today. Yes, pray.  “God runs the business” she is known to say.

    wow! freedom!

You can imagine the joy of developing tools that are no longer dependent on where founder, Shannon Seek lives anymore! Mobile Collaboration is her life journey and a huge part of her research into true mobilty (which is for another storytime)–this is what you actually support when you go with our services –how to make the World an easier place to navigate.

Shannon basically reinvests everything to this end.

today- business coaching and organizing services

Fast forward nearly two decades later and now we have @seekcollab cloud-based video, audio, chat and robust sharing online conferencing.  We are our first client, still, using everything we share. We are using this tool to advance business coaching services with videorganize.me short sessions.

  • our VaaS service standards

    do these resonate with you?

We’ve been immersed in #bizdevlove for nearly 18 mos (since late 2013), so we’ve also had a lot of UX (user-experience) as well as emotional design experience opportunities as users, doing demos and figuring out what is key for selecting a software-as-service (SaaS*) – this is where we are now with browser-based video cloud conferencing – @seekcollabsee the tour.

It looks like this – DISC

    • Devoted developers – stable, yet evolving support & training
    • Intelligent interface – centralized, cloud-based, user-friendly
    • Super Software (SaaS*) – 99.9% uptime, unlimited use, free & paid stuff
    • Caring Community – for buddies to share, practice and prepare

We are in a BYOD (bring your own device), BYOO (bring your own office) and BYOB (bring your own business) World. Now more than ever do we all need each other in order to help one another fail faster and bypass the belief that technology is separate from our daily experience.

*VaaS in the case of @seekcollab video cloud-based conferencing and collaboration
