priorities. The juxtaposition between flexibility and defined limits.
Creativity
Expressing yourself in ways that bring out the best in you. Involving
all parts of yourself in the process of life. Allowing your ideas,
inspirations, and aspirations to be experienced. Having access to
and utilizing all of your resources, both internally as well as
externally. Remembering to breathe.
Communication
What you mean to say, do, or portray to elicit a desired result.
The exchange of given and received messages via writing, reading,
speaking, listening, gestures, visual cues and environmental experience.
Deepen

big picture of your experience. Noticing how one experience is interrelated
to another.
Delegation
Knowing what to have others do for you, who to ask to do it, and
when you need outside help. Letting go of having to do it all.
Effectiveness
The ability to produce a desired or definite result with efficiency.
Flow
Being able to focus on what you want, when you want. The ability
to be completely present during each task, conversation, and experience
throughout your day. Your time, tasks, paper, projects moving smoothly
and gliding through the pressures of the Information Age. Allowing
flexibility, agility, and presence throughout your life.
Fun
Enjoyment for the sake of itself.
Future
Pacing
The self-fulfilling prophecy of your words, thoughts and beliefs.
Optimally used to consciously choose the behavior or response most
apt to produce a result consistent with what you want in future
time.
Growth
Curve Allotment
When you are growing, changing, learning and choosing new behaviors,
you may be on a growth curve. Sometimes it is easy to forget to
allow for the extra time this newness takes. Growth curve allotment
acknowledges that you may want to allow a certain cushion of time
in your schedule when taking on new behaviors.
"Growing
Goal Phenomenon"
(a phrase coined by Shannon Seek)
Setting out to do something, that continues to become a bigger goal
in the process and is never really completed. The end goal is not
defined clearly, therefore the goal just keeps increasing.
Habits
Conscious
and unconscious behaviors which may or may not support you; also,
finding the best "habits" or behaviors to support what
you want.
Integration
Remembering and owning the various traits and parts of yourself,
a process or a system. To make whole/ to unify masculine and feminine
energies as well as the dark and light qualities of experience.
In
the Zone
Those moments in time when a project flows, time is irrelevant.
When you are fully present with access to all of your creative resources.
Mastery
The ongoing practice as well as commitment to skill building, learning
and implementing from experience.
Models
Prototypes or patterns of successful behavior that you can replicate
and teach others. A model includes the big picture of a process,
dynamic or experience. Models create reference points for resolving
perplexing problems and moving through obstacles.
Process
The course of an experience, or project. A method or approach you
take that supports you best. Honoring the present. Being in touch
with what is really happening. The truth in a given situation.

and similar between you. Using conscious application of body language,
tone of voice, speed of speech, and subject of conversation you
create rapport. Cultivating awareness and flexibility to create
a harmonious dynamic between you and someone else.

to someone without playing games or running old dramas.

to perform/respond both creatively and resourcefully in any given
circumstance. Strategies, approaches, skills for managing and planning
