A born entrepreneur and self-starter, Shannon began her career in business at the age of 6 with a bustling lemonade stand. At the age of 15 she began organizing professionally. She has held numerous elected leadership positions and served in many such capacities for the last 22 years. Currently, she runs a telephone bridge and web conferencing business, Rentabridge.com, serving 100's of clients in over 7 different countries. She has always been a motivator of people and a model for high achievement for others, including her clients.

A UC Regent's Scholar, Shannon's credentials include a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco, 3 years of Applied Design at the Academy of Art, San Francisco, and the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. She has an on-going dedication to the study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, (for creating models for excellence), the Enneagram, Anusara Yoga and other eclectic tools for personal growth.

Shannon is: Past President of the Bay Area Professional Coaches Alliance; a featured columnist for the National Association of Professional Organizers and The Coaches Training Institute; a featured expert in the book Get Clients Now! by C.J. Hayden,CPCC, (AMACOM,1999); the reading list editor and an instructor on working with clients with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ ADHD) for the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD); a holder of four NSGCD Certificates of Study including Basic ADD/ADHD; and is designated a NSGCD CD Specialist. She has also taught MCLE (minimum continuing legal education) on stress reduction using the the Organic Organizing Matrix for the Bar Association of San Francisco.
